Goods to Ghana, Gearing Up for Mexico

Sent Off: A HEARTFELT THANK YOU to all the folks at the California Department of Education, our Board Members, the families who helped pack & our partner SCEP for helping  to raise over $2,000 worth of donations! On May 21, 2011, clothes, books, shoes & toys were packed & sent to the Children's Hospital and the SCEP Educational Project in Sampa Buni, Ghana (West Africa)!  


Gearing Up to build an orphanage in Mexico:  

• Donated: An acre of land in Tuxpan Jalisco, Mexico by Mr. Miguel de la Mora Morfin from Texas (USA) to build an orphanage outside of Tuxpan, Jalisco Mexico next to a high school.
• Donated: Our dear friends at 5468796 Architecture will design the orphanage.

• 2x4 Advisors Celebrated: Bertha Isaura Torres Osorio will head the project. Isaura has created/implemented strategies to alleviate health issues and to combat disease in rural areas through the municipality of Tuxpan, Jalisco. Victor Campos, a government contractor who works with Isaura and connected the heart of Mr. Mora Morfin with our efforts, will assist in the building of the orphanage.
